By merely accessing the website of the Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region, hereinafter referred to as the "Court's Website," you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. Therefore, you must read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Court’s Website or any website linked to it.
Amendment of Terms of Use
The Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region provides access to the Court’s website; therefore, your mere access and use of the site signifies your agreement that the Court may update or amend the Terms of Use, or any other terms, policies, or information specific to or available on the site, at any time and without prior notice.
Amended terms, policies, and information shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Court’s website, unless otherwise specified. We kindly ask you to re-read these terms each time you access the site to ensure you are aware of all new conditions. Accordingly, your continued access to and use of the site constitutes your implied agreement to the amended terms.
Acceptable Use
By accessing the website of the Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region, you agree to refrain from the following:

- Unauthorized Transmission: Uploading, sending, or emailing any materials that you do not have the right to transmit under any law or contractual relationship.
- Criminal Acts: Using the Court’s website to commit a criminal offense or to encourage others to engage in behavior that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
- Unauthorized Access: Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Court’s website, any private areas, or a member’s account, as well as impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with another person.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Sending materials that breach or violate the intellectual property rights of others or performing any action that constitutes a breach of the intellectual property rights of the Ruler’s Representative Court, the Abu Dhabi Government, or third parties. Collecting or storing personal information about others is also strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violation
If the Ruler’s Representative Court determines that you have violated any of these terms or displayed inappropriate behavior while using the website, it reserves the right to:
- Issue a warning regarding the violation and demand that such behavior cease.
- Delete any materials or content you have submitted without prior notice.
- Take measures to prevent you from using the website, including canceling, suspending, or restricting your access.
- Report your actions to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or the relevant authorities.
- Initiate legal action against you.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The website of the Ruler’s Representative Court may include links or references to other entities’ websites. However, this does not imply that the Court operates, controls, or endorses in any way the information, materials, or services available on those external websites.

Indemnification
You hereby agree to defend and indemnify the Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region against any claims, legal proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis), expenses, or payments of any kind that the Court may incur or be held liable for—whether such claims are foreseeable by the claiming parties or not—arising from your use of the Court’s website.
This includes, without limitation, any allegations that, if proven true, would constitute a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions. You further agree to provide full cooperation in the defense against such claims.
The Court reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control, at its own expense, over any matter subject to indemnification by you. You may not settle any claim without the prior written consent of the Ruler’s Representative Court.
Disclaimer of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Court’s website and any materials available through it are at your sole risk.
Neither the Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region nor the Abu Dhabi Government warrants that the website will be uninterrupted or free from issues, errors, or omissions. Furthermore, they provide no guarantee regarding the results that may be obtained from using the website.
The Court’s website, along with its contents and functions, is provided to the extent permitted by law without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
The Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region expressly excludes all conditions, warranties, and representations, whether express, implied, or statutory.
The Court shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from, including but not limited to:
- Any website malfunction, error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay during information transmission.
- Damages resulting from computer viruses or communication line failures.
- Incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of materials available on the site—or the inability to use them—even if the Court has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This exclusion of liability may not apply where applicable law does not permit it. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
The applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates govern your use of the Court’s website and the terms contained herein.
By using this site, you hereby agree to submit it to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region further reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against you in the courts of your own country, should it be deemed necessary.
